Could we not somehow request street view camera’s for certain Local Google Guides so that some of the street view roads can be updated? I really don’t want to pay someone to come and do it. Just thought it would be nice to just be able to drive around my area like normally and then at the end of my trip upload all the images that had been taken.
We have roads that haven’t been updated here for 3 years and the only people that can take street view images charge a mad price for such. Would be good exposure for businesses plus your local area will be updated almost daily? I’ve looked at camera equipment and its just mad expensive.
It would be great to have the Street View team all around the world to update the map.
In any case, waiting for them, we can do it by ourselves, with some cheaper device and our phone.
There are cameras, like the ones that you can find here (Set up and connect 360 cameras ) that can be connected to the Street View App on our mobile phone.
