How to use street view connected photos in Google map while driving uploaded by other users.

Hello, @Reetam

I guess you are seeking a feature something similar to VR.

However, it wouldn’t be possible to do so. The street view will not advance in sync with your GPS location.

Maps will allow only the conventional mode of navigation but with various options like satellite view etc.

Nevertheless, you can suggest the feature through the idea exchange.
