This is how kashmiri street food look like. It’s called veg rolls which is stuffed with chickpeas and a special chutney. It tastes very similar to Chole kulche. Unlike, chole kulche it has a strong taste of its chutney. It costs only 20 INR and available wherever you go. I got mine at Gulmarg when local guide were having it. So, I also tried and liked every bite of it. .
