Phed Mark is a Popular Restaurant In Bangkok That Specializes In Pad Kaprao
The own of this restaurant are Mark Wiens (Famous food Youtuber), Gigg Kamol (Iron Chef Thailand Winner), Khun Tan (Food Critic) and Pongtap Anurat (Actor).
Pad Kaprao is a spicy basil stir-fry dish that is loved by both locals and foreigners alike. It comes with minced protein, chilies and its main ingredient, holy basil (kaprao)!
The stir-fried basil here is served with a fried egg. And there are 5 levels of spiciness to choose from. I highly recommend it if you haven’t. You should choose less spicy. It’s hard to tell how spicy it is. how much is it Even though I’ve already tried it.
If you do not live in Thailand But used to eat Thai food at your home. Come to Thailand. Come and try Thai food here. You will experience a different taste of Thai food.
