Honey Chilli Potato is an India snack with a twist of Chinese flavour.
It is one of the most popular street food in my home town, Delhi. If you have craving for Indo-Chinese flavour you should definitely try this simple, sweet and spicy dish.
Ingredients-
Potato, Onion, Bell Pepper, Honey, Sesame seeds, Corn Starch, Tomato Ketchup, Chilly Sauce, Soy Sauce, Vinegar.
Recipe-

Make French Fries and keep them aside.

In a bowl, make a mixture of Tomato Ketchup, Corn Starch, Chilli Sauce, Soy Sauce, Vinegar, and little water.

Cook Onion and Bell Pepper in a pan on a high flame.

Add salt and black pepper powder and stir fry for about 1-2 minutes.

Add the sauce mixture to the pan while stirring

Add fries to the pan and stir so that they are completely coated with sauces

Add honey.

Cook for about 2-4 minutes.

Add roasted sesame seeds.

Serve hot with mayonnaise or any dip of your choice.
