I am sure such storefront photos will help local guides users a lot when locating the shop easily especially in a crowd of other shops at a busy place like the JFK Airport.
Finally, here is the only interesting thing, a piece of decoration that I found in the entire terminal that was of interest and could be related the challenge about airports by @NandKK
Your idea of using the layover time productively by capturing storefronts is really inspiring. Each photo not only shows accessibility and layout but also gives a clear sense of what travelers can expect — which is incredibly helpful for Local Guides and travelers alike.
I especially loved the Johnnie Walker storefront — the walking figure in the US flag theme is such a creative touch. And your mention of accessibility in each store shows how observant and thoughtful you are towards inclusivity.
Thank you for linking your post to the airport challenge — it’s a great example of how detailed contributions can make a big difference on Google Maps.
Hübsche Sammlung an Schaufensterfotos @TusharSuradkar es sieht alles sehr gepflegt aus und 5 Stunden sind eine lange Zeit, da kann man den Flughafen ausgiebig erkunden.
What a brilliant idea, @TusharSuradkar ji, to utilize your layover for something so meaningful and helpful!
Your detailed storefront photos not only make the airport experience visually navigable but also highlight accessibility, spatial arrangement, and traveler-friendly features — exactly what makes a contribution impactful on Google Maps.
I especially admire how this post subtly supports SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure and SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities, by emphasizing accessibility and inclusive design in public spaces like airports.
Also, your observant eye caught such creative elements — like the Johnnie Walker US-flag design — that would easily go unnoticed by many. Thank you for sharing and for inspiring us all to contribute with purpose even in transit.
Thank you @Sophia_Cambodia
I had a bit plenty of time at the airport, hence could manage to capture some clear photos. Other outlets were crowded, and I am not sure how people in the US perceive being photographed
