Sri Lanka Visit-10: Sunrise from Hotel Earl Regency, Kandy

The climate was good with night temperature of 24-25 degree Centigrade was perfect for the sound sleep.
Next morning of 19th February, I got up automatically early at 5.30 am. Last evening while checking in, I had not seen the full room and the balconies. Hence when I saw some light coming in from the curtains just went to the balcony to see the city. And saw the fantastic scenes. Houses, trees, lights, roads, river, hills and the light ray of the rising sun, all were available at one place. From the first glimpse of the sun peeking over the mountains to the crimson horizon before the sunrise and the sun rising from the east like a yolk looks like a dream.
I have never got up early just to see the sunrise. The Chennai hot temperature keeps you awake late into the night and you get up late. But in the hills, you simply have to wake up to the stunning sunrises. The first glimpse of the golden horizon could make your day. I was here for 4 days and every day I have got up early automatically enough to catch the sunrise.
So waking up automatically at 5:30 am to watch the sunrise from the hotel was easier than I thought. It was still dark outside but the sky was clear and beautiful. The horizon turned crimson and the sun germinated out from the mountains like a perfect yolk. It all happened within ten minutes but the waiting and the anticipation made it look like a long time. The wind was still cold enough, but enjoying. The horizon was getting brighter and pinker with each minute as I looked out through the balcony. I went to other balcony also and saw various scenes.
