I love their name and the food looks amazing, @MoVernie !

Tell me more about some of the rolls you ordered? What was your favorite?

Thanks Jordan. Great questions and also thanks for taking your time to check out my content.

I also found the name “Squid Ink” interesting, however, I thought it was an Italian Restaurant with the Squid Ink Pasta until I saw the words “Sushi Bar”, so that prompt me to check this place even more.

This place is a Japanese-Fusion Restaurant Bar and it serves pretty good food and value. It was my 1st time visiting. I went to a Phoenix Suns game, decided to go to the new cocktail bar “Little Rituals” located on the 4th floor of the Marriott Courtyard and then realized I was hungry so I decided to find places to eat. What was impressive was that at Squid Ink, a specific list of sushi rolls are half-priced. So, I ordered california roll, tempura shrimp roll and spicy salmon roll and guess what? Each roll after half-priced ranges from $5 to $7 USD that was incredible.

I had ordered a Thai fried rice (just veggie) at regular price, and it was $10 USD which was pretty reasonable. I walked out super full, had to take some sushi home, so it was a great night!
