As i am checking on internet, there are lots of Google business profiles that are doing continuously doing spam in profile. Is there any method to stop them to do same.

There isn’t anyway of stopping them but you can always report them. Please click the three dots on the top right corner of the suspected profile and report.
It does take time for the team to act but please wait patiently and they’ll act accordingly. Thank you for asking.
