This is the picture of a South Indian curd vadai …Vadai is a common South Indian snack…it is made of black urad dal…the batten is prepared a day before by grinding the uraddal …then chopped onion and chopped green chillies salt and black pepper is added to this batten and is fryed in oil in the shape of a cucle with a big hole in centre…then this vadai is dipped in curd for 2-3 minutes and other toppings such as small chips,corainder leaves are added and garnished…

However, as you are using some specific terms I didn’t really understand what is the meal made of? Is it with yogurt, cheese?
Is this a dish mostly considered as a fast food or one can find it even in restaurants?
This is not a fast food,u can find it on restaurants too…this is a pure vegetarian dish…it’s pure curd …made from milk …
