In Brazil and many other countries, restaurants change prices every year. I love to stay on budget, so everytime I plan going to a place I see the menu before.
Unfortunately menus are not sorted by date. I see many photos from 4 years ago, and recent photos just in last position.
Suggestion: It would be better to have menu default sorted by date, more recent first, more likes as a second criteria.
In the video bellow you can see first image from 4 years ago, 3 years. The one I uploaded 1 week ago is the last one. Can we put more recent first? Or at least having a filter.
I believe that the establishment itself can do this when checking the photos.
I don’t know if you’ve ever come across this, but some restaurants don’t allow you to post a photo of the menu because they update it on their own map page.
I believe that this could be done jointly by the establishment and local guides.
100% agree @RogerOhayashi . There are many times I’m checking out menu pricing and got excited about price being very reasonable, only to find out it’s a menu from years ago.
You can send feedback about this to the Google Maps team
Thanks, I used you suggestion. Interesting that even giving a feedback result in a feedback, because the feedback option take a printscreen of my actual screen and I can’t select another photo to show the problem
