Sophisticated PANIPURI😂

pani puri

Pani puri is an most popular and famous street food of India. Its an mix of lots of spices and can b made with an variety of ingredients. In fact in India it 's called by variety of names like pani puri in Maharashtra, puchkas in North etc

Basically puri s are made of maida (white flour) or suji aata.and for filling of the puri variety of different ingredients like bundi, boiled sprouts, or boiled mashed patatoes or ragda (mixture of sprouts, beans and besan with patatoes) along with dates and tamarind 's water with the hint of green chilli or red chilli powder or pani puri masala is used

I had this particular pani puri at juhu beach at balaji center
