Solution Counter Connect Profile

Just a quick question about the solution counter in my profile in Connect.

I have noticed that I have four answer marked as solution but the counter only have register one.

Is that correct or there is something wrong?

Hi @SebaasC

Which counter is showing 1?

The first counter should show 4 (total solutions authored to you

The second show the solutions accepted by you

The third one show the solutions unaccepted

That number is referring to Solutions accepted by you @SebaasC

Yes yes for sure it could be.

But I can’t find in my profile the other counter referred in your screenshot.

It is a private static, wonder why a moderator should have a different view @MashaPS

Let me check if it depends of the settings, but I don’t remember a setting about that

I would like to ask you to try with the common troubleshooting first.

Could you please clear cache and cookies on your device, log in and log out from Connect. It would be great if you check your private statistics on desktop too.

I am looking forward to your screenshots and reply, so we can continue further with this.

@MashaPS , sorry for responding so late.

After clearing cache and cookies, the profile in the cellphone remains the same. Nothings change.

In my laptop the profile is exactly the same. In both devices the profile is the same an it doesn´t look like @ErmesT shows in his up comment.
