Hello @davidcantswim ,

Thank you for sharing your photo of a lighthouse in Plymouth. When did you visit it and what more could you tell us about this place?

By the way, I relabeled your post to Photography as it is not related to Food & Drink.

Smeaton’s Tower is a lighthouse that was moved brick by brick to Plymouth Hoe (Hoe means HIGHER GROUND in Navy circles) from Plymouth Sound which is an immense mass of water that is a major highlight of anyone’s visit to Plymouth.

Admission to the top is low and all in original condition.

That’s a wonderful photo @davidcantswim Few months ago @AdamGT shared beautiful captures of a light house that I remembered. Your pictures remind me that

Great photo @davidcantswim . I love lighthouses and have visited and photographed hundreds around the world. I’ve posted a few photos myself here on Connect and you may have seen these in the posts Living on the edge, Peggy’s Cove and Miraflores Locks!

Hi @ShakilAK

I’m not sure which lighthouse you are referring to in your reply above but anyway I’m pleased that you did remember it!
