This beautiful hill range is visible at many view points between Ooty and Coonoor in Tamil Nadu state of India. It got it’s name as the hill range resembles the silhouette of a sleeping lady. The lush green surroundings and tea gardens add to the beauty.

Yes it does look like the mountain is a sleeping girl. I was there in Kodaikanal last year. Its amazing. Ooti must be same climate i hope. Thanks for sharing and bring back some memories. @LakshmiK
