Pour flour in a bowl, salt, sugar, baking powder, 1 cup milk. Mix well. Add cooking oil, crack an egg and stir well. Let it stand for 10 min. Heat up a non stick pan on medium heat, pour 1/4 cup of the batter. Once small bubbles start popping up, flip it. Wait till it’s golden brown and serve with maple syrup. ?
I love pancakes, thanks for sharing your recipe. What are the toppings that you prefer eating them with? I’d say there is no better one than chocolate. Do you have a healthier version of pancakes? I tend to switch the plain flour with oat flour.
@MoniDi you said it right, Chocolate tops all. I like to sometimes switch maple syrup with honey. I have also used Banana, avocado and Berries as toppings. My guilty pleasure is eating pancakes with Nutella.
Occasionally, I switch all purpose flour with wheat flour.
