Hi everyone,
I have recently become a local guide and have several public google maps lists. These can be followed by other users, but how do I see who or at least how many people are following my lists?

I believe the number of followers to a list can only be seen in the Apps. That is not on a desktop.
Also, your profile is restricted. That means no one can see and follow your lists as you have no followers on your profile.

thank you so much for your help. I changed the list to public, however now it seems to have problem loading on mobile for a lot of people. Does this happen to sound familiar to you and do you know what could be wrong?

I checked 2 of your lists and could see the places with no problems.
Some of your places are in Copenhagen 
You proabably just need to Clear cache & cookies on those devices.
Your profile name suggest your are associated or representing an app.
According to the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions
Organizations, brands, and businesses are not eligible for the Program. So we should never mix commercial interests with those of being an independent/volunteer Local Guide.
