When and how did you become a Local Guide?
I became a Local Guide in 2019 after receiving an invitation from Google. Since then, I’ve been contributing actively, and my posts have gained much love and appreciation from the community.
What inspires you to contribute to Local Guides Connect?
I love writing posts, and the positive feedback from fellow Local Guides has been incredibly motivating. Many of my posts became trending, and I made so many friends along the way. Their support inspires me to continue sharing my experiences.
What is your favourite type of contribution? Why?
I enjoy sharing about travel, museums, nature, and meeting new people. These areas are close to my heart, and I love sharing insights with others who appreciate the beauty of the world around us.
How do you define leadership, and what does it mean to you?
Leadership means connecting with others, understanding them, and being helpful. It’s about supporting others and working together to achieve shared goals.
In what ways do you lead or make an impact outside of Local Guides Connect?
I work to educate and motivate people with a positive approach. I am very friendly and always open to helping others in my professional life and personal interactions.
What keeps you motivated to lead and contribute?
A sense of achievement keeps me motivated. Knowing that my contributions make a difference in others’ lives drives me to continue.
Who inspires you the most, and why?
I am inspired by brave individuals who voice out for what is right. Their courage encourages me to stand firm and express my thoughts openly.
Have you faced any challenges? How did you overcome them?
One challenge I face is language barriers. However, I ask questions repeatedly until I understand, and I never shy away from learning and improving.
What message would you like to share with women around the world?
Women should be independent, both financially and emotionally. We must be brave, stay away from wrongdoers, and stand strong for ourselves.
