I’m not just a ordinary Local Guide. I rather be called as a Global Guide.
Traveling is not only a passion for me. In fact is my way of life. As an Airline Pilot i’m traveling all the time, so many different destinations, tastes, cultures, landscapes etc… etc… etc…
Thats why the term Local its not applicable to me.
I use and relay on Google Maps 100% of my trips. Saving my favorite places, marking places that i still want to go, checking opening hours, menus, peak hours, telephones for reservations, checking the ratings, comments and suggestions of other users and many other things.
I wouldn’t survive without it. It’s part of my daily basis.
Sharing our experiences and checking other ones, made me avoid bad experiences or went deeper in others. Saving time and money !!!
This is priceless. It’s a worldwide community of users, feeding with valuable information based on their experiences.
Been part of this Team make me proud as a Guide and glad as a user.
