Shanghai Impression

@OliverKIWI Lovely pics from Shanghai!! Your first picture made me recall of a similar picture I took when I was there in Shanghai back in Sept 2010. At that time the 3rd tall building was not there (maybe under construction). We had visited the observatory of the Shanghai World Financial Center & the views from there were amazing.

Ohhh that Chinese chilli oil is so good @OliverKIWI especially when eating it with noodle and fried rice!

Well, you have to visit Shanghai Disneyland someday. It is the “freshest” Disneyland. I would like to share with you my Connect post about 13.5 Hours In The Happiest Place on Earth

Enjoy the magical :sparkles: :sparkles:

Are you a Chinese by any chance?

I love Chinese chili-oil too :yum: @Velvel @OliverKIWI

By any chance did you ever tried Vietnamese chili-vinegar or garlic-vinegar?

Hello @JacobLED

I rarely eat Vietnamese food, so that I think I’ve never tried Vietnamese chili-vinegar and garlic-vinegar. It seems interesting! What kind of Vietnamese food that could be eat together with that sauce?

By the way, I like Pho and Vietnamese coffee :coffee:

I love Vietnamese coffee as well @Velvel

The perfect mixture of strong coffee with sweet thick cream.

I wonder if it is the same taste in Vietnam as in Berlin.

You can use the chili-vinegar to fresh summer rolls. Or to season your noodle soups (Pho).

I was never in Vietnam but I had really good and authentic vietnamese food in Berlin at [Dong Xuan Center](http://Dong Xuan Center Herzbergstraße 128-139, 10365 Berlin, Germany https://maps.app.goo.gl/WJjhPxBvku86i3DQ7)

I remember that Rou Jia Mo is also a typical street food of Xi’an, @OliverKIWI . I still remember when I visited there the taste of it and the long queue of people who wanted the same thing.

Honestly speaking, Xi’an is one of my favorite cities. I have been there a few times. I love its city wall, the pedestrian and market streets. I remember there is China’s biggest or oldest mosque. Have you ever seen it?

@JacobLED , I think I have tried this sauce and it was quite tasty. I am tagging @Aruni and @sonnyNg as I guess they also love Vietnamese garlic-vinegar and chili-vinegar sauce. :stew:

@TsekoV I haven’t been to Xi’an - such a shame! Rou Jia Mo is street food from Xian - you can have pork, beef and lamb fillings.

Yes you are right, Xian is in the central west and the majority of Muslims population are from the west (Shaanxi, Qinghai, Xinjiang)

You beat me in my home country!!
