I prepared this Semo-Wheat meal to go with Egusi soup. The ingredients for this soup include: granded Egusi seed with pepper and crayfish, washed bitter leave, stockfish, assorted goat meat, tin tomato, onion, palm oil for frying the Egusi, spices and finally Maggi and salt to taste. Thanks. I had this for lunch today and I just decided to share it with you.
