Either when I prepare for a travel or on the go, I will always search for places that serve Gluten Free options. Not because its healthier, but because I have no choice. Two or my sons have Celiac disease, which makes them Gluten intollerant. Awarness is rising, but information is still limited and inaccurate in many places. When I do run into places that know and understand my sons needs, I feel the importance and want to spread the word. Being restricted with so many food options, I cant describe the joy my children express when they are being served with Gluten Free food, expecially when they are custom made for them. Instead of feeling defferd or neglected, they feel special!
It is my duty to let others know about these wonderfull experiences and wonderfull people that take this issue responsibly , same as it is my duty to alert when a place states that they have Gluten Free options, but in reality the place is contaminated and not suitable for people who have Celiac.
