It almost never snows in İzmir. Therefore, every winter snowfall, Izmir residents flock to high places with the hope of finding and playing snow.
Hi Again @hndnrem
If you love snow, plan your trip to Tehran in winter time because certainly you will find it easy.
Even in middle of summer, the peak of some mountains are covered with snow
These are some selection for you
Also you will find more photos of lovely snow in here on Google Maps

Hi @hndnrem
Thanks for sharing your post. Do you live in Izmir? Where is this place? It looks really nice by the way. It seems there are some really high mountains in the background? Do you ever go skiing or snowboarding? What else can you do there?
I’m from a snowy country generally, Finland, but these days it hasn’t snowed much here as well. Luckily, we have Lapland and it’s quite magical there, even though we don’t have high mountains at all.
Wow, its wonderful… I hope one day will come. Thanks for suggestions
This place is looking beautiful!
Stay safe @hndnrem
Thanks @Navid_Ebdaei for sharing more pictures!

Hi @user_not_found
Thanks for you comment
This is Bozdag(dag means mountain) in Manisa. It has very long way to go there because of high mountains. You can always find some snow in winter at there. Come and see it
I never go skiing but I wish. There is a Ski Center at the top of Bozdag. People can do picnic at there in summer, winter with Turkish sucuk(sausage). Eating barbecue sausage is great in snow.
I am really curious about Finland. I wish want to come one day…
