San Diego offers year-round entertainment for visitors.
Not only is it located on the shores of the Pacific Ocean with several beaches, but there are also endless tourist spots in downtown.
Seaport Village is the top place to go in San Diego.
This is a shopping area with plenty of gardens, walkways, and beautiful landscaping.
The main attraction is a little pond with colorful fish, ducks, and turtles swimming around.
There are plenty of shops selling souvenirs and toys for kids.
There is also a lovely fountain along the walkway
One of the oldest carousels in the US is also seen in the Seaport Village in San Diego.
A free sandpit keeps both the old and young entertained.
I also saw an ATM and an area map embedded in a lonely wall.
There were plenty of natural and artificial decorations everywhere
At one place, I also came across Star Trek characters walking past.
The exit on the western side leads to the sea front with a nice walkway along the Pacific Ocean shore lined with plenty of food joints and more monuments like a blue house on the waters.
The SeaPort Village had accessible washrooms
The village also had an accessible pathway to the parking, and there were slots reserved for the differently abled.
According to their website, the SeaPort Village in San Diego is a '14 acre waterfront shopping, dining, and entertainment complex recreating a harbor-side setting of a century ago.
Opened in 1980, it includes 54 one of a kind shops, 13 casual dining eateries, 4 fine dining waterfront restaurants, and is located in close proximity to local hotels.
