if “Japanese” in Japan have “Sushi”, in my city Bari the “Baresi” have “Crudo”. So Sushi VS Crudo.
One of the best seafruit of Crudo is Sea Urchin and we’re so greedy. The tradition of Raw Fish in my city is really deep. In our Fish Market every morning you can watch fishermen at work and eat their fresh produce. The right time of year is when there is an ‘r’ in the month. @DomenicoCafarchia
