Sea, beach, forest and relax - Formby, National Trust, UK

Hi

I went to the seaside with my friends.

We went to Formby. We walked along the National Trust routes.

The grounds are beautiful. Paths lead through the forest, dunes and the beach.

There are points with historical curiosities of the area.

There is also a place for a picnic.

This is good place for all day relax.

Hi @AgataZietal ,

Another wonderful post from you! Thanks a lot!

Formby looks very beautiful and natural beach. Dunes are very clean and I can see that there are no people who are going there. Is it a national protected place? Or the people can go there to the beach?

Hi @PoliMC

Thank you. I am very happy because I can shaw this.

I was in Formby yesterday - on Moday. Weekends day is more people. Adding, yesterday was very windy and sand was getting every place to body: mouth, nos, eye. This was not good weather for walking.

But I and son spen nice time.

Hi @AgataZietal ,

Thanks for the reply!

Yeah, everywhere is the same way, at the weekends is full of people, especially now when it’s summer time.

If you want, you can add more details about this beach as well. It would be more interesting for the other Local Guides.
