Sauto Bathok the meat soup in coconaut shell is my favorit breakfast when I visit Jogjakarta.
Tiny old cocunut shell is for the cup of the soup.
The meat soup in the coconut shell and using Aluminum Chinese duck spoon.
Because in the coconut shell the portion is not too big, so usually customer order two or three portion of the Coconut shell.
Adding with Fried tempe, hot chilli sauce and lime in cut.
I prefer one Meat soup with more fried tempe or fried tofu.
A glass of hot orange juice is enough.
