Sankat Mochan Hanuman Mandir

So recently I was walking through the Taratala Road, Kolkata and heading towards Behala when a temple on the right side caught my attention. I went there, removed my shoes, and entered in the temple.

It was a Sankat Mochan Hanuman Mandir. I prayed there and went outside. I wondered if this temple is on Google Maps or not. I checked and found that yes, it’s on Google Maps. I took some pictures of the temple and went ahead.

Some of the locals of that area told me that there are many miracles that have happened to the devotees of this temple. So to the residents of Kolkata, if you ever visit Taratala, make sure to visit this temple.

A wheelchair is also accessible to this temple, and you can also park your two-wheeler at the roadside, but yes, for four-wheelers, the space is short.

The temple looks well-maintained with ample illumination and drinking water @Shaunak, Nice photo :+1:

I usually donate 20-100 rupees.
'Many temples in Pune also have a UPI QR Code to make donations electronically.

Thank you for the virtual Darshan of Sankat Mochan Hanuman.
