Yes @Velvel I love salted eggs. In our way , it’s not very salted, we boil eggs, then when it’s boiled and ready, we peel it up from the hard cover. Then we mashed it in a small bowl and then we splash little salt an a Small spoon of olive oil.

@Velvel sejauh ini belum pernah lihat di Malang tapi kurang tau karena makin kesini banyak cafe baru bermunculan sedangkan saya sudah gk pernah coba cafe-cafe lagi :).

Berhubung teh @Velvel ini speasialis permakanan ,jadi was was mana bentar lagi bulan puasa ya ,siap - siap tahan godaan nih …hihi .

Good idea @OSAMA_1 Olive oil could add a greater taste!

Sometimes I also boil the salted egg, then eat it with rice as an additional food.

Do you eat the mashed one with rice, too?

Hahahaha teh @Nyainurjanah dan mas @iorikun301 nanti saat bulan puasa disarankan kalau mau liat post Connectku tentang makanan pas udah berbuka sama menuju sahur ya :smiley:

Ohh itu menu Salted Egg Chicken sama Kungpao Chicken ada nasinya kok. Malah termasuk banyak. Coba diperhatikan lagi deh hehehe Mungkin ketutupan sama ayam dan toppingnya yang begitu banyak.

在台灣最近也很火，像是洋芋片或方塊酥都有出類似的口味。

在台北101好像有一間專賣店沒錯，我還沒去過。

The salted egg chips in the last photo is making my mouth water @Velvel !! Really wish that I can try some!! They look very crispy and yummy!! Thank you for sharing with us here! Do you know if they sell these in bags or only made fresh in the restaurant??
