To see your badges, you have to check on “Your contributions”
From the screenshot you shared, it seems you are checking on “your profile”

Merhaba, bahsettiğin şekilde “katkılarınız” butonunu tıklıyorum ve sonuç aynı. Rozetlerim görünmüyor.

Could it be an old version of the Maps app you are using? Or are you not logged in as your self. If you are looking at your public profile your badges will not show. I noticed your background is not blue. It normally is.
