I have applied to add a street name, but it is not being accepted, it is hanging. Even after applying several times, the application has not been accepted. I would appreciate if someone could assist me.
It is very difficult to get names if roads approved.
With some good evidence like an official Map showing the correct name and maybe a link to the sign showing the name on Streetview please seek help by posting in the Google Maps Help Community.
It is best not to repeatedly do the same edit as this can trigger the spamfilters.
Hi @rasel480, welcome to Connect! Road edits usually take a few weeks to get reviewed.
Please don’t apply multiple times for the same road. This actually confuses the system, flags your edits as spam, and delays them even more.
Just wait for about 14-30 days. If it’s still stuck after a month, reply here with a photo of the street sign as proof, and someone can help escalate it for you.
