The food dish looks delicious @KARICAT I like the decoration you made on the food. Is it common to see Rfissa in Moroccan food restaurants? Are there any side dishes which are served alongside Rfissa…

Hello @fasi6083 and @And12-X2 , you can find it in as many restaurants and 5-star hotels. The dish is delicious and if you start it you will not have space in your stomach to ask for another

Hello @MahabubMunna

No there is no rice in this dish, it is made with Moroccan pancakes inside wet with a special sauce. It is also made with lentils, onions, almonds, quail eggs and apricots.

Hello @KARICAT ,

Thank you for sharing this photo with us, the rfissa looks very delicious! Did you make it on your own?

It’s the first time ever that I see dried fruits in a rfissa, is it a popular practice that people in your region do?

Usually rfissa is popular for containing fenugrec, did you put it in this one as well?

Hello @BorrisS

Rfissa is a peculiarity of Morocco. It is a dish that is prepared during the birth of babies in our traditions. It is prepared with farmer’s cock, lentils, we can also put fenugrec and for the dressing we can use dry grilled fruit. The current week I will share with you the traditional dish of the city of Marrakech it is super good and also an exclusivity of this red city. I will publish it on my Instagram THEATLASFOODS
