Even after reporting to google, all this time still hasn’t made a change. I don’t understand how hard it is for google to fix this issue? Any review I submit, it doesn’t show publicly at all. Even if I am at the location of the place or away it makes zero difference! None of the reviews are written to violate any of google guidelines and account is not suspended or banned!

indeed 9 out of your 22 reviews and 4 out of 8 uploaded photos are hidden.
After posting a filter not only checks reviews and uploaded media for violation of the rules, but also for suspected SPAM or false information. If a review has photos or videos attached, rejecting only one will cause the entire review to be hidden.
If you detect a review not published, as a first step remove all attached media and wait if text-only is accepted.

No difference on review showing publicly with and without media, photos and videos. I have tried, there are reviews with none of the above and not showing publicly.
I have removed photos, videos and media on the reviews which are hidden as you have suggested. As you can see, no difference right? Not showing publicly.

As I said, this is the first step, besides reading the articles, you can also post the text here together with a link to the listing. Possibly somebody can give you some hints.
Do you think I have not tried this also? There are mixed reviews with and without media, photos and videos. They all don’t show publicly. Hopefully someone is able to provide a legitimate solution to resolving this problem!

There is a content moderation process in place which regularly checks the contributions on Google Maps to ensure that they follow the Maps policies.

This is starting to frustrate me! It’s been months now, reviews are still not being shown publicly! It’s following all the rules of google guidelines! No response from googles appeal or anything. How can a global company like google not invest in customer service to assist people with this issue!

Many local guides also having the same problem. This problem arise since the last update of the Google Algorithm. Google tying to detect spam reviews and to stop publishing, when they are doing this google algorithm also blocks some good or genuine reviews and not to publish.
In my case i rewrite the reviews and try to remove some words that google may thinks as spam word, then many of my reviews published, sometime also happen same problem for photos as well.
You may check Google’s Maps User Contributed Content Policy (reviews, photos and videos).

Can you give an example as to which words you remove, when editing? I tried to do this method and it made no difference. Regardless how small the review or long, it doesn’t seem to post.

To better define “a while” I can add that in my own case it took up to 8 weeks.
In that time please do not edit any hidden review, because this may cancel the appeal for that reviews, as it will appear as written / edited “after your appeal”

Hello @JoshAhmets! You can check this yourself by copying the URL of your profile, opening an anonymous (aka private) Window of the Web browser and paste you link without logging into Google.
