Reviews not appearing. I can see them but no one else can

This randomly started happening months ago and i contacted Google One Support who then transferred me to another google support person who managed to eventually tell me i had a profile issue and they fixed it. Its not happening again and getting onto any support now is next to impossible. Where can u get support for why this is happening?

You have added 465 reviews and only 297 are public. That is bad.

Looking at your public reviews it shown that you are using extreem star ratings only. All places get 1 or 5 stars!

The AI spamfilter can pick up on the sentiment. Most of your negative reviews are so short and without relevant info to back up your harsh words. That might be part of the problem.

But reviews can get hidden for many reasons.
