So there is a local guide named Scott Bacon trashing businesses everywhere. For example, the company I work at, two months before they were even open for business, received a 1* review from him, because he couldn’t walk across the parking lot of his hotel and drink beer there. For one we don’t serve alcohol to begin with, and also, this review was given two months ago, and we didn’t open to the public until June 25th. How is this legal? We got a 1* review two months before we were even open. We have all reported the 1* review and Google won’t do anything about it. If you want to check out the review it’s Shagbark BBQ in Knoxville TN

From what I’ve heard isn’t wildfire’s business so she attended ( or report it) as users.
I think it would be better if it’s the owner who reports it ( sometimes the email is check by Google authenticator and at this point it clearly appears that fellow wildfire can’t report it )
