My account was falsely flagged, and now none of my reviews are visible. When others visit my profile, it says “This user hasn’t uploaded any photos yet, or has chosen not to show them on their profile.” even though that’s not the case. There is no option to appeal.
Can someone from Google please help? I am a Level 3 local guide.

If it comes back clean we know that there are no penalties against your account.

The message mentioned by you is what we see on desktop. On mobile, where the information about the account are more detailed, this is what we see
This is interesting, because a review, even if hidden, is counted in our contributions list. As the profile shows no contributions, the explanation can be that the reviews weren’t uploaded or that the reviews are very recent.
This could help to better understand the issue.
Regarding the appeal option in the review, it is available only for reviews related to locations inside the EU.
As you said that you submitted already the appeal form, be aware that the check may take several weeks. When did you submit the form?

In your next replies can you kindly tag the person you are responding to? This would help a lot, because active members usually respond to a lot of posts, and can easily miss a reply, if they don’t know that it’s addressed to them.

Your situation is weird, because of the difference in the counter, so maybe the issue is not related to a hidden review, but it’s something different.
Just for a check, can you kindly share the link to some of your reviews, for us to confirm that the reviews are not visible?
