may someone can help me?
I do reviews nearly every day!
But on my overview of ratings and points it‘s not shown. Its says 49 Post‘s but 0 ratings?!
my Account is in german. You can see on position *Bewertungen ist says 0…
what can I do? Is there a helpline or something like that where I can ask?

The terminology can be a little confusing so let me try to explain it to you. The ratings indicates the number of Places of Interest that you have given a 1 to 5 star rating to but not yet written a review for! So in your case you have 0 ratings because you have given star ratings to all 49 Places of Interest AND have written reviews for all of them!!! It’s best to keep the Rating as low as possible!!!
If you compare this to myself (see screenshot below) you will see that I have given a star rating to 1460 Places of Interest in total (1302+158) but I have only written reviews for 1302 of these places. In other words, I have given a 1 to 5 star rating to 158 places but not as yet written reviews for these! So when I write a review for each of those 158 places I will end with 0 ratings, which I must do!!!
