Heys Team,
Some of my reviews are getting deleted automatically, it appears for a day or so then gets deleted.
To worsen, my wife’s reviews aren’t even getting posted.
Any suggestions to fix this?
We write reviews briefly, do we need to include more works?

Hi @anon53600968,
This issue might occur for several reasons. First, ensure your reviews comply with Google’s content policies by avoiding promotional language, links, or offensive content. Also, make sure each review is unique and authentic, as duplicate reviews from the same network or device might be flagged as spam. Writing thoughtful and detailed reviews can also help, as brief ones may sometimes be considered less credible. Additionally, ensure both accounts (yours and your wife’s) are verified and active on Google. If the problem persists, consider reaching out to Google Support for assistance with flagged or deleted reviews. Hope this helps!

Thanks for your response.
Can you please explain verified and active?
Active in map or other services?
Verified with mobile number?

Yes, try verifying your ID with your phone number to ensure your reviews are properly linked to your account. Sometimes, business owners may delete reviews from their end, which, although unfair, does happen occasionally.
Hey @Mehedi_LGC
I am 100% sure that business owners can’t delete any review…
Please update your self before making public comments…

@anon53600968,
Apologies for the miscommunication. I didn’t mean that business owners directly delete reviews. Sometimes, GMB (Google My Business) owners may falsely report a review as spam or claim it is inaccurate. When this happens, Google Maps might remove the review after their evaluation process. To prevent this, ensure your reviews are detailed, honest, and comply with Google’s review policies. If you believe your review was wrongfully removed, you can contact Google support for assistance.
Hi @anon53600968
A business owner can’t delete a customers reviews directly, they just request to Google to remove a review by Flagging (Request review removal) that violate the Google review policies can be removed from Business Profiles on Google. After flagging Google check it and may take down any reviews that Google think is fake or that doesn’t follow Google’s review policies.
