When we write a review about something and then read their reply, the joy we feel is truly mesmerizing. Yesterday, on the occasion of World Waffle Day, I had posted something, and a few days ago, I had also shared a review of a place where I had waffles.
Yesterday, I received a reply from them, and it made me extremely happy. This is a local business, a small place that has just started, yet they took the time to respond to my review. This was a truly joyful moment for me.
This has further boosted my enthusiasm. Let’s continue encouraging such businesses and receiving their heartfelt responses!
We need to support their business like giving correct reviews.

I agree with you @Shailesh_Karia it’s always a good feeling when the owner is leaving a reply on our reviews. I’ve had cases where even my review wasn’t that good, the owner would reply back saying thanks for the feedback, which makes me want to give the place a second chance.
On the other hand, when the owner reply with rude remarks, there’s no chance I’m going back to the place.
Exactly when we give review that time we need to explain there positive point and negative points so that they improve quality. Many times I give some suggestions also.
