For me this review is nothing more than a literary commentary on the museum.
This review does not tell me any tips or tricks on how to reach by road or any nearest metro station or if any washroom or toilet is available, any accessibility option for the handicapped, timings, or what days of the week it is open/closed, food options outside or inside the place, ticket pricing, whether the ticket can be booked online, no mention of any other tourist attractions nearby, recommendations on the best things to see in the museums if having limited time at hand, etc.
What is written in that review is most probable read or heard by most tourists who have decided to travel all the way to that museum. I least expect these things repeated in the review.

As mentioned on the post, what would have made the above review more helpful would have certainly been the things you mentioned. However, we chose this review because it might inspire some Local Guides to consider visiting Louvre Museum and to try connecting with the art inside.
