This week, we’re loving Karly Bryant’s review of the Devil’s Punchbowl State Natural Area in Otter Rock, OR. In it, she said that the area is beautiful and it’s particularly fun at low tide when you can get down inside the rock formation and explore the nearby tide pools.
We love that she packed her review full of helpful information and tips like where to park and the best areas to surf: “Parking is free, but is easier down the nearby dead end road than it is up too by Mo’s West. There is a small section of the path that overlooks the cove (which is a good spot for surfing) that is currently being repaired, but it’s still easy to navigate the area.”
This review encouraged us to add the Devil’s Punchbowl to our travel bucket list. What about you? Have you ever visited or written a review of a place like this? Let us know in the comments below.
How do we select the Review of the Week?
The Local Guides Review of the Week is chosen based on a variety of criteria. We look for genuine, helpful reviews that include quality details about interesting places. Featured photos and reviews are taken by actual Local Guides around the world who have uploaded them to places on Google Maps.
