Hi there ,

We just stayed in a hotel in London for 2 nights . I leave a review thats been blocked , the reason:

Our automated systems removed this content because it seems that the content may not follow our Maps content policies. These policies help keep Maps safe and reliable for everyone.

In this case, the specific policy involved is fake engagement. This policy doesn’t allow content or behaviour that manipulates a place’s rating, doesn’t represent a genuine experience or is posted in exchange for incentives.

So we can prove by the invoice reservation thst we stayed there. I stripped the review down to a basic few lines and yet still block .

Not a fake engagement, but do I do ?

May I suggest you change the title to

Review rejected

Did you have photos attached to your review? If only a single photo is rejected by the SPAM filter the entire review including all other attached photo will be hidden. So the first suggestion for a rejected review is to remove all attached photos and videos. If the text finally is accepted, you may attach the photos one by one or post them directly to the listing.
