New and returning customers beware: this office is falling off! Posted office hours are NOT correct! I arrived at 9AM this past Wednesday and the office was closed up and empty. Expecting only a minor delay I waited, and waited, and waited till almost 9:45 when I had to go to work. That realllly sucked because I went out of my way to take the train to East New York for no reason. And now I don’t have any time for this until next Wednesday morning; needless to say I made an appointment with a more well known and respectable tax office. After positive experiences with Smart Tax the past two years I was severely disappointed this time around. They are really nice people and gentlemen but I can’t justify going back there after they caused my filing and more importantly my refund to be delayed by a week; I know people who’ve already gotten their refunds this year!!!
yes @nixj you are right. Your review has not shown. One thing, you should try is that first uninstall the app and after that reinstall it. and now, write your review.
