Here in New York, temperatures have finally warmed up and it seems like the whole city has collectively come out of hibernation with a mission to make up for lost time in the sun. This got me thinking about all the restaurant patios I need to visit this spring and summer.
My favorite patio to frequent during the summer is the low-key Tradesman in Brooklyn for their weekend brunch. Local Guide Aram Ayvazyan explains it perfectly, “Amazing atmosphere, outstanding food and great staff. You can have a nice relaxed brunch in the back patio area which is one of my favorite places to spend an extended time on a Sunday afternoon.”
But while Tradesman will always be my go-to, I also have my eye on some more extravagant patios. Here are a few restaurants with gorgeous outdoor seating recommended by Local Guides that are inspiring me.

The others look just as good to go to! I love The Trafalgar Arms, London outdoor seating area which has a sheltered area for those rainy days and the open area for watching the night sky.
Thank you for sharing with us these amazing places… I went through your beautiful photos and descriptions and would love to have a dinner at the outdoor dining area at Victoria Restaurant & Lounge Bar in Dubrovnik, Croatia I have discovered on Google Maps so many delicious and well presented foods prepared to by this great restaurant and its view on the sea is simply extraordinary.
I share the view from Agriturismo il Campo a Farmhouse located near Parma (Italy) where all the dishes are prepared with local products and grown by the owners of the place.
