I need some help with adding a street name in my town. A central street in Zarbdor, Jizzakh region, Uzbekistan is currently unnamed on Google Maps. My previous attempts to add the name through the app have been unsuccessful
Here are the details:
- Correct Street Name: Guliston street
- Location (Google Maps Link): [35P6+5G4 Зарбдор {https://maps.app.goo.gl/cbkQL8ZKAvi55ULV6}]
This is an important street in our town, and having it named on the map would be very helpful for navigation. I have attached a photo of the official street sign as proof.
Could a moderator or any experienced Local Guide please assist in getting this update approved?
Thank you very much for your support!
Such data issues are better dealt with in the Google Maps Support Community.
If you could attach an official map showing the correct name it would be helpful.
The Maps Support Forum is better when it comes to data related issues. Thy are focussed on getting errors on the Map fixed quickly via the help of a Google Team if the volunteers can not fix it themselves.
Connect is a lot more community oriented and targeted towards keeping the volunteer LGs engaged and happy.
Make sure you don’t have Desktop mode selected in your browser.
You can also look at it this way: If it is not directly related to the LG Program, then the Maps Support Forum is probably a better bet.
Vielen Dank für die ausführliche Erläuterung @MortenCopenhagen
