Hello,

I would like to request a review regarding the removal of my Google Maps review.

My review about Mare Hotel Cappadocia was based entirely on my genuine personal experience as a customer. The content did not include any offensive language, misleading statements, or violations of Google’s content policies. It was written in good faith with the intention of sharing an honest user experience.

Despite this, my review appears to have been removed, which raises concerns regarding the fair representation of authentic user feedback on the platform.

Additionally, after posting my review, I was contacted by the business via WhatsApp with a message asking whether I had posted the review “by mistake.” This interaction suggests a possible attempt to influence or challenge my review. I can provide records of this communication if required.

Maintaining the integrity and reliability of user-generated content is essential for the trustworthiness of the platform. Therefore, I kindly request that my review be re-evaluated and reinstated if it is found to comply with Google’s policies.

I am also able to provide proof of my stay, including reservation details, payment records, and relevant communications if needed.

Hello, thank you for your reply. The hotel previously contacted me to have my review removed, and when I refused, they spammed it. In the review, I mentioned both positive and negative aspects of the hotel based on my own experience. It’s very demotivating for companies to spam and have reviews with low ratings removed.
