Reporting Local Guide that is uploading duplicate irrelevant photos to all places.

Moderators,

Please send me instructions to report a local guide that has massively uploaded 20,810 duplicate irrelevant photos and slight variations of the same photos to all places in my area. It has obviously been to fraudulently obtain Level 10.

Thanks @MoniDi . There is no change, that local guide is still posting flipped or modified duplicate photos. I sent the latest photos also. Google Maps is demotivating me.
