How can i report an unsafe road? Always getting directions via an area under construction where it is unsafe to drive!

That’s an unusual problem @asm_shaaban
I figure out from your narrative that the road is under refurbishment but still open to the traffic.
In that case, you can’t report that as closed.
However, there is an option is to add a report.
For that, you have to start the navigation and then report.
The screen shows the following options.
Though that will not stop the app showing navigation through such a route, that will warn the likely users about unsafe nature of the road.
Nevertheless, Maps will keep on showing the road segment as an option so long as that remains the fastest route.
To eliminate that, you may have to select some intermediate spot causing a reroute and then avoiding the segment altogether.
