A level 4 local guide here in Colorado Springs has left dozens of ratings with no reviews in the last 10 hours. I believe most if not all of them are completely random. I operate a wedding photography business here, photograph 15 weddings a year, and he left a rating of my business as if he was a customer. I know all of my clients, and he is not one of them. I don’t appreciate him impersonating a customer and leaving a false rating.

You probably are not aware of this, but Connect is more a place for unbiased individuals and not for business owners. Since you have found a Local Guide that violates the Google Reviews Policy, please feel free to report it by following the instructions stated in this Google My Business article.
