Hello Local Guiders,
This is a small, lovely stream with no official management, named Suối Trúc (Bamboo Stream). Since being added to Google Maps by the community, it has become a popular spot for many tourists over the past few years.
Recently, a business hijacked the location of this stream and renamed it after their own business. By doing this, they have effectively stolen thousands of positive reviews that were originally meant for the stream, turning them into the business’s own assets.
A group of us, including several high-level Local Guides, have made numerous efforts to edit and restore the correct information on Google Maps; however, no changes have been applied so far.
What should we do in this situation? Can Google Maps technicians assist us in resolving this?
